Update on JACD work in progress!
Morning, just drinking a nice cup of tea in bed. Thought I should write something interesting on our blog. Thats not such an easy thing to do this early. Well it’s been a great week… I finished another painting last night. Joanna took some nice pics of Carbis Bay, so I thought I would paint one of those. It came out lovely and has lots of twirly coulours in the leaves on the tree. (will post a pic when I get to work, I put a quick one up on my facebook).
I managed to get a wall in The Lane Gallery Truro to sell my paintings. I have 5 paintings on display, which is a great start. Hopefully this will work out to be a good outlet for my work.
I’ve been working on Easylearn’s website, nearly there now, just got to finish off the shopping cart page. We made a few changes to the colours and product pages after a few discussions and it’s coming together supa dupa now.
Joanna has been putting together 7 animations, a dancing bull that jigs on it’s toes, juggles a footy ball and then does back flips, all kinds of mad stuff. She’s also finishing up a couple of learning books for Easylearn. All good stuff and keeps Joanna on ‘her’ toes! Ha Ha…
Also designed a synthetic glove box for Gloveman Supplies. Waiting for the usual batch of corrections to follow after an initial first draft.
The NCi website is nearly completed. It’s in the build stage at the moment and will be ready by the end of the month.
Did a really nice little leaflet and poster for Truewest, who are a theatre company based in Cornwall. They are running a magical play through the summer called ‘Medusa the Celt’. The reviews are great so get there if you can and give them your support – I’m gonna book tickets today and grab some fun…
Also have a few follow up calls today… I met some interesting people at a branding presentation by Ben Mumby-Croft on behalf of Oxford Innovations who expressed some interest in our services. You never know could be good!
Anyway that’s about it for today so I’m gonna finish my tea and get ready for the day.
